If you are considering renting or buying a property, you can search by its address to see what previous tenants have experienced that a landlord may not (likely won’t) tell you. If you have previously lived in a moldy home and want to warn future tenants, you can add it as a listing.
Not long ago, I rented a home that contained toxic mold and it made me very ill. Of course, all the landlord would do was paint over it. I got a lawyer and was able to break my lease, but I thought that there should be a way to warn others about moldy homes. So I built this site.
